Hey, Hey, Hey! I'm Victoria, a licensed Psychotherapist at Heal my Vibes based in San Francisco. 
 
A little herstory, I have been active in the social work and the mental health field for the past 9 years. After graduating with my Bachelors, I began working in this field as a Housing Support Services Case Manager with the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing in 2014. I transitioned to a Social Work Specialist role with the Human Services Agency in 2017, where I stayed until 2021. And, since 2021, I have been working as a Protective Services Social Worker with the Department of Aging and Adult Services. In between that time, I have completed two graduate level internships working with adults, children and transitional age youth providing care coordination and psychotherapy. In each role I've been able to work with culturally diverse clients with varied vibes, mental illnesses and life challenges, providing psychotherapy to help them to reach their desired goals. 


In reality, many people can benefit from therapy regardless of having a mental health illness or not. Therapy supports with overall mental health and emotional well-being (which we all have). Whether it's to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters, be a form of preventative mental health care and/or just be a listening ear, I'm here to support in your self-care journey. Through an integrated approach, I provide personalized therapeutic services to adult individuals and couples using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Art Psychotherapy. I am especially committed to providing services that are accessible for BIPOC communities, Millennials and Gen Z professionals. I am spirited about providing culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy and I truly care about my clients’ well-being as it is my number one priority. I go above and beyond to help clients through their obstacles.
